Another GAO Bid Protest Win

Quick intervention and strong advocacy once again prove the wisdom of intervening when a competitor files a bid protest of your contract award. After two rounds of comments, GAO ultimately denied a protest that argued that the DOE had improperly decided that a client was eligible for award and capable of performing the contract.
