Another Protest Of A VA Award Leads To Another Notice Of Corrective Action

For the second time this month, a protest that we filed with GAO in response to a notice of award to a client’s competitor has resulted in notice from the VA to GAO that the agency will take corrective action. The solicitation, which was for unarmed security guards at various locations, will be cancelled and re-solicited as a result.
