Another successful GAO protest result

Our string of successes at GAO this year continues, as another agency takes corrective action as the result of a protest. Our client was notified by NIH that it was not the contract awardee, but refused to provide the client with the explanation required by the FAR. We filed a protest, and several days before the Agency Report was due, the agency announced that it was taking corrective action and would request revised quotes.
