Bid protest relief ends a banner year at GAO

The last few days of 2019 brought the latest in a string of excellent results at GAO for the year. After a second protest of the same procurement, the Government again announced that it would take corrective action and reopen negotiations with our client. Although the agency had previously taken corrective action as a result of our initial protest earlier in the year, our protest raised concerns with the second evaluation and award decision.
