Successful result in SBA size protest

Earlier this month, on behalf of a small business client, we filed a size protest with the SBA. We argued that a competing company had been awarded a contract set aside for small business, even though that company was not a small business. SBA agreed with our arguments, and decided the protest in the client’s favor. The agency is now preparing to terminate the other company, and award a contract to our client.
